Partner Terms

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These Partner Terms govern the Operanse partner program (the "Program"), operated by JES WEB PTY LTD (ABN 38 667 034 148) ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to you once we approve your application ("you", the "Partner"). Our Terms of Service continue to apply to any use you make of Operanse itself.

1. Joining

You apply with the form on our partner page. We may approve or decline any application and do not have to give a reason. Once approved, you receive a partner code and a link containing it. You may have several people log in as the same Partner; you are responsible for what they do under these Terms.

2. Referrals

A "Referred Organisation" is an Operanse organisation created by self-serve signup that carries your partner code: because the signup used your link, because your code was entered on the signup form, or because we attributed it to you within 60 days of the signup at your or the organisation's request. The first code recorded is the one that counts. We do not move a referral from one partner to another.

These are not Referred Organisations: an organisation signed up by you or anyone on your team; an organisation that existed before the referral; and one we reasonably believe was created only to earn a commission. Being invited into a Referred Organisation after it signs up, or receiving its alerts, does not change its status.

3. Commission

You earn 15 % of each amount a Referred Organisation pays us, excluding taxes, for 24 months from its first paid invoice. That includes monthly and annual plans, additional sites and metered charges such as extra AI reviews.

  • The first payment must be made within 12 months of signup. If a Referred Organisation first pays later than that, no commission is earned on it.
  • The 24 months run once. They are counted from the first paid invoice and are not paused, extended or restarted when the organisation moves to the free plan, stops paying, cancels or returns.
  • Nothing is earned on free plans, trials, credits, or anything we grant without charge.
  • Commission on an amount that is refunded, charged back or written off is reversed. If it was already paid to you, we deduct it from your next payments.

4. Payment

An amount becomes payable 30 days after the Referred Organisation pays it. We pay what is payable once a month, in US dollars, by bank transfer or PayPal, when the total owed to you is at least US$50; a smaller amount is carried to the next month. Before the first payment you must give us your payment details and any tax form we ask for (such as a W-9 or W-8BEN). You are responsible for your own taxes, and we may withhold where the law requires.

Each month we send you a statement showing the number of paying Referred Organisations, commission earned, on hold and payable, and payments made. A statement identifies each referral by signup month and plan. We show a Referred Organisation's name only if that organisation has chosen to share it with you.

5. How you may promote Operanse

You may describe Operanse accurately, link to our site and share your partner link. You may not:

  • bid on "Operanse" or misspellings of it in paid search, or register domains or social accounts using the name;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, or promote Operanse in breach of any anti-spam law;
  • make claims about Operanse that are not on our site, including about features, prices or results;
  • offer cash or other incentives to sign up, other than the extended trial we provide; or
  • present yourself as Operanse, or as employed by or acting for us.

6. Ending the Program for you

You may leave at any time by telling us. We may end your participation at any time; if we do because you breached these Terms, commission connected with the breach is forfeited. Otherwise, we pay all commission that was payable at the date of ending, and no commission is earned on payments after that date.

7. Changes

We may change these Terms or the commission rate with 30 days' notice by email. A change to the rate does not apply to Referred Organisations that signed up before the change takes effect.

8. General

You are an independent contractor; nothing in the Program creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship. Our liability to you under these Terms is limited to the commission owed to you. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
