From the 10th production site in an organisation, every site is 20 % off. Prices in USD; an Australian card pays in USD and the bank converts. Cancel any time; access runs to the end of the period.
Why there is no free plan
And why the trial is of the dearer plan.
A baseline is learned from a store’s own history. On a store with no revenue there is nothing to learn and nothing to price, so a free tier would be a dashboard of nothing. The trial is 14 days of Insight, with no card, because the first useful statement arrives on day three and the first review, if the store has a bad night, is the thing worth seeing before you pay.
The sum that matters is not the monthly figure. Both stores that use this today are stores on which one caught checkout failure pays for years of monitoring.
What happens when a card fails
Stripe's words, and the same answer every time.
| Status | Telemetry and detection | Alert mail | AI review | Dashboard |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | on | on | Insight allowance | full |
| Active | on | on | per plan | full |
| Past due (card failed; Stripe retries for three weeks) | on | on | off | full, with a banner naming the day access locks |
| Unpaid or cancelled | on for 30 days, then the plugin is told to stop | off | off | locked to the billing page |
Telemetry keeps flowing through a lapse because stopping it would lose your history over a card problem, and observations are never deleted to make a point. Nothing on your store changes in any of these states; the plugin is read-only.
Pricing questions
What counts as a production site?
A site environment marked production that has been paired with the plugin. A site that exists in the dashboard but was never paired is not charged. Unpairing stops the charge at the next proration. Staging and development environments are free in any number.
Can I pay in AUD?
No. There is one price list, in USD. Your bank converts.
I run an agency. Can I bill each client separately?
Not today. One organisation has one subscription, and every production site in it is on the same plan. Put each client in their own organisation if you want separate invoices; the volume discount then applies per organisation.
Is MCP really in both plans?
Yes. It costs nothing to serve, and it is the thing that makes the product useful to the person who already has an AI client. On Monitor, a manual investigation runs with the deterministic planner and no model call; on Insight it may use the model.
What is a metered review?
Insight includes 6 reviews per site per day. If you set a ceiling for extra reviews, each one beyond the allowance is $1.50. The default ceiling is zero, so nothing is billed that you did not switch on.
Who handles the card?
Stripe. Operanse stores no card data and renders no payment form; checkout and the customer portal are Stripe’s.
