Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of Operanse (the "Service"), operated by JES WEB PTY LTD, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. You must not

  • Install the agent on, pair, or monitor any website you are not authorised to monitor.
  • Attempt to use the agent, the API, the MCP server or any other part of the Service to modify a monitored site, or attempt to add, enable or exploit any capability that would do so.
  • Attempt to send us the personal information of your visitors or customers, card data, credentials or secrets, or to defeat the redaction the agent applies.
  • Access, tamper with or use non-public areas of the Service, our systems or our providers' systems.
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach any security or authentication measures, except through our coordinated disclosure process.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via denial-of-service, automated scraping or excessive request volumes, or send telemetry that does not originate from a site you monitor.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code of the hosted Service, except to the extent permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or transmit malware or unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted (agencies may monitor client sites they are engaged to operate).

2. Fair use

The Service is intended for monitoring your own or your clients' websites. Automated or abnormal usage that degrades the Service for others — including sending telemetry at volumes far beyond what a site of your size produces — is not permitted.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, revoke a site's credentials, remove content or take other action we consider appropriate, including reporting unlawful activity to authorities.
