Recommend Operanse to the stores you look after. Earn 15 % of what they pay for 24 months.

For developers, freelancers and agencies who look after WooCommerce stores. Your client signs up as our customer and pays for their own plan, for one store or several; you earn a share of what they pay, and the alerts can go to you as well as the owner.

How it works

  1. Apply

Tell us who you are and the kind of stores you work on, with the form below. We read every application ourselves and reply by email, usually within two business days.

  2. Share your link

Once approved you get a partner code and a link to sign up with it. A customer who signs up with your code gets a 30-day trial of Insight instead of 14 days. If someone signs up without it, tell us within 60 days and we add the referral.

  3. Get paid monthly

You earn 15 % of every payment that customer makes, for all their stores, for 24 months from their first payment. We pay once a month by bank transfer or PayPal once you are owed $50 or more.

02

What you earn

At list price, billed monthly. The share follows what the customer actually pays, so annual plans, extra sites and plan changes all count.

The rules, in plain words

The full text is the Partner Terms.

  • The credit stays with the customer. If a customer you referred finishes their trial, moves to the free Watch plan and pays later, you earn from that first payment. Stores they add later count too.
  • The first payment must come within 12 months of signup. A customer who first pays later than that earns you nothing.
  • The 24 months start at the first payment and run once. If a customer cancels and comes back, you earn for whatever is left of the 24 months; the clock does not restart.
  • Refunds come off. A payment becomes yours to be paid 30 days after the customer makes it, so a refund in that time is taken off first.
  • Your own account does not count. An account you sign up yourself is not a referral; your client signs up with your code, and can then invite you in. If you pay for your clients’ stores in your own organisation, you are a customer, and from 10 stores every one of them is 20 % off.
  • A customer’s name is theirs to share. Your monthly statement lists each referral by signup month, plan and number of stores, and shows a customer’s name only if they choose to.

Why customers keep it

Operanse learns what is normal for each store and tells you when payments, renewals, background tasks or checkout stop behaving that way, with an estimate of what it is costing. The message you get at 2 am says what broke, not only that the site is up.

The plugin is read-only: it cannot change a client’s site. It never calls our servers while a shopper is waiting, so an outage on our side leaves the store as it was. Every store gets a free status page you can link from your care plan. The free tools work on any store, so you can show a prospect a real finding before you recommend anything.

A partner dashboard is on its way. Until then you get a statement by email each month: how many of your referrals are paying, what you have earned, and the next payment.
