Plans and billing
Prices are per connected live store, in US dollars. Staging and development copies are free on the paid plans. The current prices, allowances and the annual discount are on the pricing page; this page is about how billing behaves.
The trial
A new account gets 14 days of Insight with no card. When the trial ends, an account with a payment method continues on the plan it chose. An account without one moves to Watch, the free plan, and keeps its settings. With more than one store, you choose which one Watch covers; the others stay connected but paused, so nothing needs reinstalling on an upgrade.
What each plan does with the same data
The plugin collects the same things on every plan. The plan decides what the service does with them.
- Watch runs fixed checks: our own check of the site's address every five minutes, and the plugin's heartbeat, which says whether the store can still take an order, whether background tasks have stalled and whether renewals are failing. Alerts by email, a weekly report, an optional public status page.
- Monitor learns the store's normal and alerts on departures from it, estimates the revenue each incident affects, records changes and replays any day, answers your AI assistant over MCP, and alerts by email, Slack, SMS and WhatsApp.
- Insight adds server monitoring and an AI review of each critical incident, with its evidence.
AI reviews on Insight
A number of reviews per store per day is included. Extra reviews cost a fixed amount each, and only if you set a daily ceiling for them under Billing; the ceiling starts at zero, so nothing is charged until you raise it. A warning never uses a review; only critical incidents do.
Changing plan, card or invoices
Billing in the dashboard shows the plan, what it includes and the sites it covers. Changing the card, downloading invoices, switching plans or cancelling happens in the Stripe billing portal, opened from that page. Operanse never sees your card details. Only owners and admins can change billing.
When a subscription ends
When a paid subscription ends, for whatever reason, the organisation moves to Watch and keeps its settings. The plugins stay paired, so a later upgrade starts from the history already collected rather than from nothing.
